On October 8, 2026, the Temple Law Review will be joined by scholars, practitioners, and organizers with years of experience, expertise, and informed perspectives on the challenges and prospects of change in the immigrant and workers’ rights space.

The Symposium will focus on the current landscape of employment and immigration law. Emerging technologies, expanded ICE enforcement, grassroots organizing, reimagined models of workers’ cooperatives – these are just a handful of the many factors that have shaped the lived experiences of immigrant workers in recent years. Panelists will explore and address issues at the intersection of immigrants’ and workers’ rights, ranging from the current enforcement climate to how the law can be used as a tool to provide access to justice, inclusion, and equity.

All are welcome to attend. CLE credits will available for in-person attendees
