Application and Honor Code Statement
The Competition will be conducted under the Temple University Beasley School of Law Code of Student Conduct ("Honor Code") pursuant to Section II.A.5. According to Section I.D of the Honor Code, each student is “responsible for knowing the contents of the [Honor] Code.” Therefore, each participant in the competition is subject to these provisions and must conduct him or herself accordingly. Furthermore, Sections I.B and II.A.9 of the Honor Code require a student to report known or reasonably suspected violations of the Honor Code about which the student has personal knowledge. This Section pertains to participants, as well as graders of the Competition. Therefore, graders will report any suspected violations to the Law School’s administration.
