Parentheticals provided by the author should remain unless the EIC/EE asks staff to revise or remove them. TLR follows Bluebook Rule 1.5 and related rules on parentheticals but includes two additional parentheticals, bolded and underlined. See TLR C.2 on page 25 to determine when to use these additional parentheticals.
